This website is operated by Samachify Foods Private Limited ("Samachify", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Our products are FSSAI-compliant fresh ingredient meal kits.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact number, delivery address) is accurate and complete.

Our products are perishable fresh food kits containing pre-cut vegetables and prepared ingredients. Product images are for representation; actual contents may vary slightly based on seasonal availability.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for online payments) or order placement (for Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where the delivery address is outside our serviceable area or where product is unavailable.

We accept online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

Delivery is available in selected areas only. Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. As our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because our products are perishable, cancellations are only possible before the order is prepared/dispatched.

Our kits are prepared hygienically and must be refrigerated on receipt and consumed by the "use by" date printed on the pack. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
